Thanks for being so vulnerable and sharing this personal story Rachel. It is strange how simple, hard and yet wonderfully powerful it is to simply accept and love ourselves. Yet wow, what a difference it can make.

I’m blown away by it every day. Walking around, thinking, wow, if only this person or that person would do this, our interactions would go so much better…and then remembering to do my OWN work, and then magically, it seems, things go smoothly, relationships are remade, renewed, restructured.
It’s ridiculous, this life we lead. It’s so amazing and profound, it’s ridiculous!
